Your measurements stay yours

This site has no accounts and no email gates. Room sizes you type into the calculators are processed in your own browser and are never sent to us. For anonymous visit statistics we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. There are no advertising trackers beyond that.

Two technical notes for completeness. First, your browser keeps a single on-device preference remembering light or dark mode, stored only on your phone or computer and never transmitted. Clear your site data and it is gone. Second, the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives a standard font request (your IP address and browser version) exactly as on millions of other sites.

If you email us, we keep your message only as long as needed to reply. We never sell, rent or share personal information. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings; the calculators keep working either way. Questions about this policy go to hello@rugsizeguide.com.
